Thinking about getting one and wondering what the graphics would be like on a standard tv, as I have notiaced that most previews are on HD. Are they like PS2 or Xbox graphics or better/worse?

The graphics are NOT comparable to the PS2, not even close. That's a joke. The PS2 graphics are far better than the Wii's. Take a look at 'Call of Duty 3' for the Wii. Why do these people constantly sing the praises of a system that is so sub-par. Bad graphics, bad control, bad games and it's over priced. It's ridiculous.
Well, with that said now I guess I get to listen to all the crybaby Wii fanboys tell me to shut the %@!# up. Go ahead crybaby fanboys let's hear it.

PS2 there not on xbox360 and ps3 level yet (ps3 got the best graphic when you put it on a tv that's 1080i)

A lot of games that are out for the 360 and PS2/3 can't hit the Wii because it's graphics leave something to be desired, but don't be put off by that, it does have some good games coming for it none the less. Metroid Prime 3 and Super Smash Bros Brawl for instance.

I'd say around xbox graphics but the systems has totally unique games that the PS3 and Xbox360 will never have it's a hole different gaming experience and Zelda rocks

The graphics look like your playing an xbox. The gameplay totally outshines everything else though! I have nvr been so addicted to a system b4 and I be a hard core gamer. If you r all about graphics with less gameplay value then get a PS3 but Wii is 4 all ppl who just want to have a good time!
