Does anyone think that PC game graphics are better than those of Playstation 2?

Like here is an example:

My brother believes the graphics of Madden 2006 is much better than the graphics of Madden 08 for PS2

Anyone else think that way for the graphics of PC and PS2

Completely depends on your PC and the settings you can run the game at. If your computer is really really old, the PS2 version would look better. If it's newer, chances are the PC version looks a lot better. PCs keep on going technology-wise.
