How much would it cost to upgrade my graphics/video card + hard drive + CD Drive to be able to write DVD's also???
is there a website that gives you compatible hardware for your computer??? Such as processors, Hard Drives, CD Drives????????

First off, your video card isn't upgradeable to begin with. Dell's notebooks are built in such a way that, even if they have discrete graphics, you can't switch it out for another part.
Hard drives run under $200, with 250GB notebook drives going for around $160.
Again, you will have a hard time finding a compatible DVD-R unit, since Dell is privy to using proprietary technology. your best bet might be to see if Dell sells a DVD-R upgrade.
