I'm only looking to spend up to 鎷?0 on a graphics cards which one would you recommend?

You can get a decent enough one for that amount. For older games it should be enough but don't expect superb graphics on newer games if at all. It'll be fine for web browsing as well as video playback as well. Stay away from local shops and PC world/comets/dixons etc. (over priced) and get it online instead.

or the ASUS Extreme N7600GS GeForce(256 MB) Graphic Card.
