(ANS) For a free program for image editing you could look at "paint.net" or for website creation you might look at NVU.

but trust sweetie u dont need any software anything u do need ur skl/college will give u!

I did graphics and we didn't need any software! The school computers had photoshop that we could use.

You can get a trial of Paint Shop Pro here though: http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite?p...

And of course there are torrents to download full versions if you want to go down the illegal route.
