for your information, i ran BF2 on an ATi 9250 128mb. i also ran both games on Nvidia 6200 PCI-E.

That card is a whole lot better than mine so I'd expect it can run both games without a hitch. Specially if you also have lots of system RAM to go along.

The card you have or intend to buy will be able to handle the 2 games BUT you cannot have all the settings on maximum especially Oblivion which is a very graphic intensive game. If you can settle for a lower setting and resolutions than the card will be sufficient. By the way I'm using a Nvidia Geforce 6600 card and have played both games successfully.
