Installing Windows Vista requires a minimum set of System Requirements, although you already have ATI class graphics card(but u didn't mentioned the name, whether its 9800 or X600 etc) anyways since its 128 MB so i cn guess its gud enough for Vista.

Still other recommended requirements are, 10 GB of hard disk space, 512 MB RAM, %26amp; P4/Athlon Class processor

You can check your systems compatabilty with vista from following links :

As the name says its from AMD/ATI.

It is very good analyser of u'r system and would let you know various essential components which actually works for speeding UP the system..... (I have ran it on WIn XP, but it can be run on Win 98, ME......Media Center)..

And regarding your games... if they run on present windows than they will hopefully run on Vista, unless any complication in new windows. Aero effect is very minor thing for Graphics card like ATI wid 128 MB memory.

Lastly, despite any speculations, I would recommend you to try to install vista(beta version) or full if you have !!, it will automatically answer all your answers,., Best of Luck
