The Geforce 6200 should support Vista, they are priced between $36 and $50. That doesn't mean it's the best card you can get, just that it will support Vista. For what you're looking at, core speeds and clock speeds don't matter, oh yeah, on the 6200, don't expect to be able to play games at maximum resolutions or fast at low settings, I'd define the 6200 performance on most games as "barely playable"

It also depends on what kind of graphics expansion you have (AGP or PCIe). You can find the 6600 series in both variants but you'll get more of a punch from the 7600 series (which are available in AGP and PCIe variants). The cheapest is the 6200 but that doesn't mean you should but it.
