i like to play games and every time I play games like Sims 2 it tells me "virtual memory is running low" and people keeps telling me I need an upgrade and more graphics. Can someone help me?

In your case, more ram would help, since the computer is out of ram, and has to use the hard drive.
Buy more ram, and the messages should go away.
A new video card never hurts though.

virtual memory running low is about your ram or memory and has nothing to do with your video card. When you have less then 512mb memory (RAM), your computer will use part of your hard drive to act as RAM. If your hard drive gets almost full this will limit the amount of virtual memory you can run and then your system will slow down.
You should look into a memory (RAM) upgrade. 2gb seems to be most popular because most operating systems support it as well as the newer motherboards.
