Hardware graphics acceleration problem ?

While running FIFA WORLD CUP '06 in my computer above alert shows and the game does not run. I've installed Windows XP today. My AGP card is 128 MB (external). The message is 'FIFA WORLD CUP '06 requires Hardware graphics acceleration'. Can anyone plz help me. I've installed software of AGP card and direct-X also.

Hardware Graphics Acceleration might not be enabled on your computer. To enable, follow the steps shown below:

1. Cick on Start %26gt; Run

2. Type in dxdiag

3. The DirectX control center will open.

4. Goto Display tab

5. You will find three accelerations

a. DirectDraw Acceleration

b. Direct3D Acceleration

c. AGP Texture Acceleration

6. Make sure that all these three acceleration buttons are enabled.

This will enable hardware graphics acceleration on your computer and your game should start working.Enjoy!!

check in the display settings, in one of the tabs there would be a checkbox saying enable hardware acceleration
