whats the best graphics card i can fit in the tv out slot on my computer ( the only slot avaliable left on my computer )

Sadly, there are no graphics cards for the above situation. If you ran out of PCI slots, you may need a machine with more PCI slots vs. a machine with everything on the motherboard.
