Would a better graphics card produce a better picture for live streaming football.?

Or would it make no difference , maybe its the streaming video thats blurry.

I have a 32mb pro savage graphics card onboard.

Also any recommendations as to what type of graphics card to buy?

nope. still, and upgrade wouldn't hurt ... looks like you're using agp so try something like geforce 6200...you'll see a great difference in the general quality of the image (excepting the streamed one.. that one depends of the source and of your internet connection)
